PAMS (Project Asset Management System) is a custom-built platform developed by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) - Somalia Country Office (SOCO) for managing organizational assets across multiple offices, projects, and field locations. It enables secure, centralized tracking of physical assets from acquisition to disposal, ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance at every stage of the asset lifecycle.
